Question: Can the gift certificate be apply to the Home Inspection Prevention?

Answer: Sorry gift certificate can not be used for this service.

Question: Will you buy back the certificate cards that I do not use; or can I sell my gift cards if I do not use all of them?

Answer: Sorry we cannot buy back gift certificate cards or gift certificates. Yes, you can sell your certificate cards or gift certificates up to the full value. We will honor them.

Question: Do you go by and pickup the supplies for the job?

Answer: There is a $35.00 service charge for picking up material and supplies at your supply store. All material and supplies will need to be paid for before making material pickup.

Gift certificate cards or gift certificates cannot be used toward material and supplies or pickup. Making material pickup is listed as equipment rental and not labor.

Question: What do you charge to come out and give an estimate on material and labor?

Answer: If you have purchase gift certificate cards or gift certificates the below does not apply.

Due to the cost of gas and travel we charge $42.50. We come to your job-site and put together an estimate for labor and material that will complete your job. Our estimates are based on the "National Estimator Program".

When we finish putting your estimate together we will mail it to you. Sorry, we do not give you a quote without first running it through our program. Sample of what can go wrong by giving a quote up front: Let's say that someone comes to your property and take measurements of your house for vinyl siding. Then they sit down with you and talk-the-talk and give you some out of space price of $20,000.00 for material and labor. They hand you their estimate and tell you how great they are! They then will ask you to sign their agreement to do the work.
When I come out and take the measurements and run it through the program that $20,000.00 job becomes a $4,000.00 to $5,000.00 job.

Question: If you have to come back the next day will I be charged another service call?

Answer: No. Sample: if you have us to repair drywall we will not stand around for two hours for it to dry. If we do hang around it will be on our time and not your time. We come back the next day when it is dry and sand and paint if needed. That applies to any service that requires us to return the next day to complete a job. You only will be charge for the time we are there working.

Question: What is your service call rate?

Answer: When we come to your jobsite we require a minimun of four (4) hours work time. We charge $42.50 per hour or gift certificates or gift cards that add up to 4 hours. This is due to the cost of travel expense.

Question: Can I use only 30 minutes on one of my cards?

Answer: Sorry, we can not divide 1 hour cards.

Question: I need my house re-wire can you do it?

Answer: Sorry I can not do that. I have done electric wiring and plumbing on houses; only in the counties that does not require license and county permits. I only can make the small repairs - Sample: replacing the hot water heater, electric outlets, fixing a leaking pipe, etc

Question: If I purchase your Gift Certificate how can this work with my Tenants?

Answer: You can give four (4) discount gift certificate cards to your Tenants and when an Emergency comes up you can have then call us. We will require them to sign and date the cards and give them back once the job is completed.

We will make a judgment if the repair was cause by the Tenant or if it is wear that is needing repaired. If we feel that the damage was cause by the Tenant we will call for further instruction.
